the crowd -funding through Chuffed run in September through to November 2014 was very successful  in raising $5,260 for the construction of the community training Centre — work is still needed to pout on the doors and windows .

A major fund-raising event will be held with a luncheon on 29th March at Waddington’s restaurant at Kergunyah. The raffle currently being run for the painting donated bY Stephanie Jakovac will be drawn at the luncheon.  Elaine Deitsch , professor of Midwifery at Charles Sturt University in Wagga, will speak at the luncheon of her experiences visiting villages in eastern DRC  and the work being done to reduce neonatal mortality in the region.
